C-SWOT App is a theme based Application that provides users with an instant-results-yielding hybrid of the SWOT Analysis and the Balanced Score Card by way of a visual graphic output. A pre-defined set of criteria based on the category of decision to be made, are assigned weighted points from a scale. The output provides a graphic representation of how the available Options being compared fare against each other and a decision can then be made to select the most favourable option.

Unique Decisions, Unique Criteria

Every decision making objective requires its unique set of criteria. In addition to its default themed objectives and criteria buzzwords, the C-SWOT App is very flexible and easy to customise to your specific decision making objective. It is a combination of SWOT Analysis and Balanced Score Card Models. It provides a chart for each option being considerd for a decision making process, based on assigned criteria scores.
